Inspection upon receipt: Please inspect your order upon arrival to ensure all items match your order.
Returns/Exchanges:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of receiving your order at reachus@greenstepsonline.com with images of the items.
  • Include your order number and the reason for the return/exchange.
  • We will arrange for the pickup of the return parcel.
    Timeframe:
  • Returns/Exchanges must be notified within 24 hours of receiving your order.
  • Items must be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
    Exclusions:
  • Returns/Exchanges are not applicable for international shipments.
  • Modified items, including those printed, dyed, washed, or altered, are not eligible for returns or exchanges .
    Condition of returned items:
  • Items must be unused, in perfect condition, and with the original packaging and tags attached.
    Refund/Exchange process:
  • We will inspect the returned items and determine if a refund or exchange is possible.
  • Refunds or exchanges will be processed within 15-30 working days.
  • For COD orders, the packaging cannot be opened and the product cannot be used at the time of delivery for return purposes.
    Shipping charges:
  • Shipping charges are not refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Green Steps is not responsible for any loss in the courier sent by the customer.
    Incorrect items:
  • If we sent you the wrong item, we will cover the shipping costs for the replacement.
    Value of exchange order:
  • The value of the exchange order cannot be less than the original order.
  • If the value is higher, the customer must pay the difference.
    Non-returnable items:

  • Our policy lasts 30 days.After 30 days, we cannot offer a full refund or exchange.
  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

    Late or missing refunds:

  • Contact your credit card company.
  • Contact your bank.
  • If you’ve done all of this and you still haven’t received your refund, please contact us.
    Sale items:
  • Only regular-priced items may be refunded. Sale items cannot be refunded.
    Exchanges:
  • We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.
  • Send us an email at reachus@greenstepsonline.com and send your item to the address provided.
    Gifts:
  • If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, you’ll receive a gift credit for the value of your return.
  • If the item wasn’t marked as a gift, we will send a refund to the gift giver.
